We eliminate tedious manual price mapping, even if the data is organized very differently across files. How does dataX find Functional Equivalents?
dataX.ai identifies functional equivalents (products with similar attributes but different SKUs) using:
  • Semantic AI: Analyzes product titles, descriptions, and technical specs to detect similarities. 
  • Attribute Matching: Compares key attributes (e.g., voltage, dimensions, material) across SKUs.
  • Outcome: Automatically groups interchangeable products, enabling faster restocking, substitutions, and competitor gap analysis.
What is the scope of SKU Validation?
SKU validation is great for cleaning up data that is missing key product identifiers, maintained in legacy systems or silos. Given minimal information such as manufacturer or brand names, we use fuzzy techniques, attribute matching and LLMs to go to the source or truth and accurately get the MPNs, GTINs, UPCs.

How does dataX extract from PDFs and invoices?
We use a combination of LLMs, computer vision and trained models to extract data from complex PDF layouts - typically containing text with images, tabular data with split headers and columns, and other unstructured formatting.  
How can dataX help me with Safety Data Sheet extraction?
SDS / MTR data associated with SKUs can be easily extracted using our ML models. We ensure that the data is the latest uploaded by the manufacturer. We locate the relevant section from PDFs and prepare the output in the structured format that is specified by clients. 
Can dataX map Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) Codes to products?
